The
Neurology-Neurodiagnostic Lab has been providing neurological
services for Shelby, Chilton and north Jefferson communities since
1980.
Doctor Eslami has structured and directed the development of
the neurosciences laboratory and neurology service in this area.
After receiving his Medical Doctorate, Dr. Eslami completed
three years of residency in neurology and one year of fellowship
training in neuromuscular disorders at the University of Alabama in
Birmingham.
He is Board Certified in Neurology by the American Board of
Psychiatry and Neurology.
Dr. Eslami is affiliated with Shelby Baptist Medical Center,
UAB Medical West and Clanton Clinic.
Dr.
Eslami sees primarily adult patients (over 12 years old), but will
see children on an individual basis.
Our staff works as a team to provide, as always, a
compassionate, personable quality patient care and services.

We are dedicated to providing comprehensive care for brain,
nerve and spine disorders such as Alzheimer’s dementia,
Parkinson’s disease, stroke, migraines/headaches, myasthenia
gravis and neuropathy and a variety of other neurologic disorders.
A
neurologist is a specialist who diagnoses and treats disorders of
the central and peripheral nervous system and muscles.
Neurologists may serve as consultants to other physicians, as
well as provide long-term care to patients with chronic neurological
disorders.
