Dr. Eslami sees primarily adult patients (over 12 years old), but will see children on an individual basis.  Our staff works as a team to provide, as always, a compassionate, personable quality patient care and services.  Our patients are our number one priority.  We are dedicated to providing comprehensive care for brain, nerve and spine disorders such as Alzheimer’s dementia, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, migraines/headaches, myasthenia gravis and neuropathy and a variety of other neurologic disorders.

A neurologist is a specialist who diagnoses and treats disorders of the central and peripheral nervous system and muscles.  Neurologists may serve as consultants to other physicians, as well as provide long-term care to patients with chronic neurological disorders.

Thank you for choosing the Neurology-Neurodiagnostic Lab for your neurological care and therapy.  We are very proud of our practice and the level of care we provide to our patients.  If you have any questions or comments regarding any of our services, polices or procedures, please feel free to discuss them with our staff or our physician.

Our office offers FDA approved clinical BOTOX injections for the treatment of hemifacial spasms, chronic migraines and cervical dystonia.  We provide preauthorizations from the third party payor.

In addition, we have done clinical studies in the past 15 years for a variety of neurological disorders such as Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, migraine/headache and seizure disorders.
